Horrible communication skills and customerservice support. They will talk down on you likeyou are stupid. They will take weeks to replyeven though they said it would take a couple ofdays (which would be fine, if theycommunicated quite literally anything). Whenthey say they're going to call you, they won'tand you have to end up calling them days laterfor the exact same result (nothing). They will cutyou off in the middle of your sentences andexplain the same basic things over again, eventhough you've expressed that you already knewand understood those details. They took almosta month and $55 to tell us what we already saidwas wrong-- which, they just said that it wasnot worth fixing it" and to just "buy a new one".Attached below is the laptop they were referringto as "unrepairable". I inquired about a laptop battery repair. I was initially served by a guy that was extremely rude and degrading. But another man, Saeed, quickly intervened. He was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. He took the time to take apart my laptop and clean it free of charge. He also printed different options for where I could buy the part. So if you go to the Coventry location, ask for Saeed!

I have a 3 year warranty on my Google Pixel 2XL, which I have replaced once already with the Google store. Now that i am having issues again, and these guys just make it impossible to get a replacement. They told me my plan is suspended on their computer even though I continue to pay it every month. I have already spent 2 hours on the phone, getting bounced to different departments, trying to get it sorted and even had to send an email with proof of replacement.Terrible service.

Geek squad is a scam. I’m not even going to entertain this with writing paragraphs on how terrible that business is but it needs to be removed from Best Buy all together. Do not buy in, you end up paying more than you would ever save— and they’ll screw you over if it doesn’t completely fit guidelines.

I had to get my brand new Samsung phone fixed, they had to send it away and said it will be about 3 weeks. In 2 weeks I had it back and repaired and they got it covered by Samsung warranty for me! Great people, clean store and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this store for all phone repairs!

Okay these guys are the best for any electronic problems ever had even the Xbox breaking any questions I have about a laptop iPad phone anyting they're always there to help. If there are repairs the time turnaround is usually a day.

Yes, I did call you and no I did not hang up the phone, in fact you person who was answering the phone hangup right as it was being picked up. you could hear and the ringer stop and than you hung up. Also sorry about the fact you do not seem legit part, however; when doing business and being a business, one should be professional and care about the customer service as well. now I know as I run business and manage business, and the fact that someone did finally call us back later int the day showed you did see that we had called. but that took long time okay I will give you credit for calling us back and apologize for the comment not being legit, however again when a client calls and get hung up on right from this start this can and will lead to speculation. Now hope this will also help your future customers as well as, you business and staff to make sure you get the calls right away and also to let them know that sorry we missed the call and at least acknowledge the mistake not put it off onto some one else. have a good day.
